Night Lights and Nightcaps
Many visitors have described Hong Kong's nighttime skyline as one of the most stunning the world over. It’s even more heart-melting when experienced during the multimedia show A Symphony of Lights – an extravaganza of light and colour, which is recognised as 'The World's Largest Light and Sound Show' in the Guinness Book of Records. There are many great vantage points from which delegates can view the spectacle, but probably the best place is aboard a harbour cruise, or even on the world-famous Star Ferry that sails across Victoria Harbour.
After the show, delegates can venture out to sample Hong Kong’s fabulous nightlife. They may consider visiting one of the many stylish bars or restaurants located in the city’s distinct food districts, including SoHo , Lan Kwai Fong , and Knutsford Terrace. More adventurous types preferring to shop for a unique souvenir can head to the exotic Temple Street Night Market , where bargains and special gifts await. A typical evening at the popular market includes fortune-tellers rubbing elbows with chess masters, street singers performing Cantonese opera, and crowded food stalls dishing out local delicacies.
