PMQ

Formerly the Police Married Quarters, PMQ is a bustling design hub that’s now home to more than 100 creative vendors and studios. Located within its walls is Qube, a 500sq m multifunctional event space that can accommodate everything from intimate seminars to large banquets. PMQ’s various creative studios also offer team building workshops on local crafts, as well as an array of restaurants that cater for private events.

Fringe Club

Easily recognisable by its neoclassical exterior made of milky white and brown bricks, the Fringe Club was once part of Central’s Old Dairy Farm Depot and is now a celebrated exhibition and performance venue. Within walking distance of Lan Kwai Fong, the institution houses multiple spaces that are suitable for a range of events. Examples include Fringe Underground, a free-space venue that can seat up to 120, and the Anita Chan Lai-ling Gallery, a 120sq m spacious glass-fronted area surrounded by artworks.

Tai Kwun

Tai Kwun, the restored Central Police Station Compound, boasts more than 170 years of history and three declared monuments. The Parade Ground and Prison Yard – each spanning 1,400sq m – are ideal for events that require a unique outdoor space while the Laundry Steps provide a more intimate semi-outdoor space.
