Shun De Kung Seafood Restaurant
The Shunde district in Guangdong's Foshan city is recognised as the 'hometown of Chinese chefs'. Its agricultural and fishing traditions are reflected in the rustic theme of this Kowloon restaurant, housed in the Hong Kong Chinese Civil Servants’ Association building for almost 20 years. The precise cooking methods, sauces and seasoning bring out the subtle, natural sweetness of the produce without overwhelming delicate flavours. Dishes are designed to be shared among big groups, while the use of seasonal ingredients is also high on the agenda.
