Coa serves well-curated cocktails that are expertly crafted by Jay Khan, using high-quality ingredients inspired by the flavours of Mexico. Its 17-page menu is packed full of agave-based cocktails. Workshops, called Mezcal Mission, are curated, with all proceeds going to charity. They give participants a whole new appreciation for all things mezcal, covering the basics including mezcal’s history and production, with tastings and anecdotes of different spirits.
